June 16 & 17, 2017 - Forever Everly - The Everly Brothers combined their two voices for a distinctive harmony that was wrapped around some of the finest songs of the early rock era. This joyous performance features a full band and six wonderful vocalists: Mary Jane Alm, Matt Velline, Boyd & Aimee Lee, and brothers Paul & Tim Frantzich, all taking turns to interpret the rich and varied musical catalog of the legendary duo. A major influence on the Beatles and virtually every vocal act that followed, the Everlys were also able to cross genres and had both pop and country hits. Featuring all of their greats: "Bye Bye Love," "Wake Up Little Susie," "Devoted To You," "Cathy's Clown," "All I Have To Do is Dream," and "Let It Be Me," as well as a few under-appreciated gems. Whether you're a lifelong Everly Brothers fan, or just a fan of great vocal harmonies, this show promises to be a treat!  Contact the Box Office: 952.934.1525 or visit www.chanhassendt.com for tickets.

June 23 & 24, 2017 - Jeff Dayton Salutes Glen Campbell - Glen Campbell’s guitarist and bandleader for 15 years, Nashville recording artist and Long Lake, MN native Jeff Dayton presents a unique, intimate, first-person evening of the songs and stories behind Glens Hall of Fame career that is both sentimental and upbeat. Dayton is backed by other musicians from Glen’s tours and this is as close to seeing Glen as anyone can get, now that he’s retired from any appearances. You’ll hear all your favorites like Wichita Lineman, Gentle On My Mind and Rhinestone Cowboy, mixed with hits you may not know Glen was a part of recording and singing on. His battle with Alzheimer’s is well covered in the national media and this show also adds a very personal look at Glen’s memory loss in Dayton’s song “Long Slow Train Out of Town.” Not a dress-alike or sound-alike or look-alike show, this is the one show that uses actual musicians from one of the greatest entertainers in American pop and country history. Dayton is hot off his shows at the 2015 MN State Fair and appearing in clubs and shows around the USA.  Crowds in Sedona and Scottsdale, AZ sold out the first run of these shows and you’ll want to get your tickets for the Chanhassen Dinner Theater dates ASAP Contact the Box Office: 952.934.1525 or visit www.chanhassendt.com for tickets.
