Anoka County Caregivers are people who care. They are there for those who are suffering by providing help to both caregivers and patients alike. This help comes in many forms from friendship to running errands, and more. Here you can begin to find the right mix of care for your situation.

Tamarisk, Inc.

Tamarisk is a nonprofit organization that provides FREE non-medical companionship and caregiver respite to families receiving palliative or hospice care and facing life threatening illnesses, such as Parkinson's, ALS/Lou Gehrig's, Alzheimer's, and Cancer. The companion services might consist of listening, reading, and other friendly activities, light housekeeping tasks, and running errands.
